To ensure successful implementation of the Strategic Plan, Annual Action Plans are established and reviewed in the fourth quarter of each year covered by the plan.

Planning Process
From multi-year strategy to focused annual action.
- → The Executive Secretary reviews work outlined in the multi-year Strategic Plan.
- → Activities for the upcoming year are prioritised.
- → The planning team produces a performance plan to guide, monitor and report on progress.


Monitoring & Evaluation
Quarterly progress, annual evaluation.
- → Quarterly Progress Reports aligned to the Annual Action Plan.
- → Resource utilisation: income, expenditures, human capital, procurement.
- → Annual Evaluation reported by the Executive Committee to the General Assembly.
- → SMART targets and performance indicators per strategic objective.

End-of-Year Evaluation
Reviewing the year against scope, quality, time and budget.
In the fourth quarter, the Executive Committee conducts a formal evaluation of the year's performance and reports to the General Assembly — reviewing performance indicators and applying project management metrics to assess each initiative.
